Roof Repair in Brookhaven

Not every problem needs a new roof. When a repair will do the job, that is what we recommend.

Fix What Is Broken, Leave What Is Not

Plenty of roofs have years left and one bad spot. A cracked pipe boot. A few shingles that blew off. A flashing seam that opened up where the roof meets a wall. Those are repairs, and we treat them that way. The first job is finding the real source. Water travels along the deck and rafters before it shows up on a ceiling, so the stain is often feet away from the hole. We trace it from the attic and from the roof until we find where water is getting in. Then we fix it with matching materials where we can, replace the failed part rather than smearing sealant over it, and photograph the repair so you can see what was done. If the inspection shows the roof is worn out overall or damaged across several slopes, we will tell you that too, with photos, so you can decide whether repairing makes sense or whether the money is better spent on replacement. You will not get talked into a new roof you do not need, and you will not get a patch on a roof that cannot hold one.

Repairs We Handle

Common fixes for roofs that are otherwise in good shape.
