When you call us, we may collect your name, phone number, the property location you want inspected, details about your roof, storm damage and any insurance claim, and anything else you choose to tell us.

When you browse this website, basic technical data may be gathered automatically, such as browser type, device type, pages visited and approximate location based on IP address.

How We Use Your Information

We use what you share to schedule and carry out inspections, prepare quotes, document roof damage, communicate with you about your project and, when you ask us to, coordinate with your insurance adjuster.

We may also use it to keep records of our work, follow up on open projects and improve our services and this website.

Cookies and Tracking

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed to complete your project, such as with your insurance company or adjuster when you direct us to, material suppliers and permit offices.

We may also share information with service providers that help us run the business, or when required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Photos of Your Property

Inspection photos of your roof are used to document its condition for you and, at your direction, your insurer. We do not publish photos that identify your home without your permission.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
