Roof Inspections in Brookhaven

Most people never see their own roof. They see the front slope from the street and the stains on the ceiling when something has already gone wrong. An inspection fixes that. We walk every slope that is safe to walk and look closely at the shingles for hail bruises, cracking, curling, granule loss and lifted tabs. We check flashing where the roof meets walls, at valleys and around every pipe and vent. We look at ridge cap, drip edge and gutters. Then we go into the attic, because the underside of the deck tells its own story: water stains, damp insulation, daylight through nail holes and signs of poor airflow. Every finding gets a photo. When we are done we sit down with you, go through the pictures and explain what matters and what does not. Some roofs need nothing. Some need a small repair. Some are near the end and you should start planning. Either way you will know, and you will have the photos to show anyone else who needs to see them, from an insurer to a buyer.
