About Roofing Brookhaven
A roofing company that believes the photo settles the argument.
Where the Photo Habit Came From
Roofing Brookhaven started with a simple observation. Homeowners get told their roof is damaged, or fine, or needs replacing, and they have no way to check. Insurance estimates leave things out, and nobody can prove what was missed. Quotes come with surprise charges halfway through the job.
So we built everything around proof. Every finding gets a photo. Every quote gets written out line by line, including how rotten decking is priced. Every storm claim gets a full set of documentation and someone standing on the roof when the adjuster arrives.
That goes for a full replacement, a hail claim or a single cracked pipe boot. The size of the job changes. The habit does not.
The Job as We See It
Give homeowners the facts about their roof in a form they can see and share. Then install the fix right, keep them posted and leave the property clean.
What Sets Us Apart
Photo-backed inspections
Slopes, flashing, vents, gutters and the attic gone over with a camera.
Claim documentation
Damage pictured and measured, a roofer beside the adjuster, and supplements for overlooked items.
Written, itemized quotes
Materials, quantities and deck pricing agreed before work begins.
One contact
Returned calls, a start date you can plan around and news at each stage.
Installed to spec
Correct nailing, underlayment, flashing and ventilation on every roof.
Clean finish
Debris hauled away and a magnetic sweep of the yard and driveway.
